En este lugar, Carlos Antela, su dueño, dijo realizan más de 100 arepas y empanadas al día, así como otros platos de la gastronomía venezolana. Siempre con el producto estrella para estos platos: la famosa Harina PAN.
En el restaurante trabaja el propio grupo familiar, lo que ha creado mayor compromiso entre sus miembros. Dijo que la arepa más solicitada es la de pabellón criollo, así como la bebida de papelón con limón y la chicha criolla.
